House Rules
We want you to have an incredible stay while respecting our property and the neighbourhood. Please adhere to the following house rules:
- Kindly observe the check-in and check-out times.
- Please refrain from sharing the access code with unregistered guests.
- Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 pm - 10:00 am.
- Prohibited activities include the use of illegal substances.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the home.
- We have a no-pets policy.
- Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.· Clean your dishes after use.

Pricing
$350/night - 2 night minimum ($700)
With the guesthouse add-on to the basic weekend package, or Saturday Only package, the guesthouse is available by the cost per night with a 2 night minimum.
Check in is at 1pm on the rental day (or same time as your package states - if extra hours are added, the same applies to the guesthouse). Check out is at 11am.
